Obstetrics and Gynaecology

Acute and elective Obstetrics and Gynaecology  (O&G) services are provided at Tauranga and Whakatane Hospitals.

Acute referrals from General Practitioners should be made to the O&G on-call team.

Admissions for Obstetrics go to the Maternity Unit and for Gynaecology to the Surgical Unit at each hospital.
