Community Therapy
The Community-based therapy service works to help people to
remain in their home, functioning as independently as possible.
Among the services provided to the people in the Eastern Bay
Region are assessment, rehabilitation and education to adults with
predominantly physical disabilities, using a team approach to care.
Clients are encouraged to identify their goals of treatment,
working alongside the therapist.
There is no cost to access the service and people must be
referred by a medical practitioner.
