An opportunity has arisen for an administration support person in our Health Records Department. This role will consist of the full preparation of patient notes for outpatient clinics. You will be required to respond effectively to general enquires and maintain good relationships with specialist physicians, administration support and outpatient staff.
The hours of work for this position will be 12.30p.m. – 9.00p.m. Monday-Friday and will require you to work as part of a team.
We need a person who is a proven team player, an able communicator, has well developed PC skills and excellent time management skills. A working knowledge of IBA patient management system would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
