Medical services at Tauranga Hospital are sited within a newly commissioned 68 bed clinical floor. As the CNM for Ward 2C you will be responsible for the day to day clinical leadership of nursing care delivery within a 24 bed area. The medical floor has three CNMs and as a team we are actively involved in quality improvement. The ideal candidate will have expert medical nursing knowledge, proven leadership and management skills and be involved in post graduate education.
