Director of Maori Health Services

This is a rare opportunity to come on board to provide strategic planning, analysis and advice to increase service’s responsiveness to minimise health disparities and improve the outcomes for the Maori population throughout the Bay of Plenty.

As a seasoned senior executive reporting to the Chief Operating Officer you will have the relevant experience and qualifications to support the development of Maori health and disability infrastructure and services as per the Maori Health plan. An understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Tikanga Maori would be an advantage as well as the ability to engage with local Iwi, the Maori health sectors, and mainstream health organisations.
