This is a great opportunity to advance your nursing career if you are on your journey towards a Nurse Practitionership. This position is a new initiative for one year to pilot the Clinical Nurse Specialist position in the Western Bay of Plenty. The successful incumbent will provide role modelling through direct client care and will work alongside nurses to provide reflective coaching, education, mentoring and nursing expertise.
Demonstrated evidence of working towards a Masters Degree and an ability to establish this new initiative to advance the quality of community mental health client centred nursing care will be a prerequisite.
