-    Using a modified Myers-Briggs type assessment participants will gain an understanding of their own personality type – and what this means for their strengths, communication and development opportunities

-    Perceptions of others – knowing how communication is interpreted through non-verbal cues

-    Participants will learn about other personality types to enable them to have an increased understanding of communication with patients and colleagues

-    Participants will discover the importance of team work and implications for practice when this model is both utilised and not utilised
