Nutrition Fund

• Education settings are able to apply for funding from the Ministry of Health to improve their nutrition environment.
• This is administered through the District Health Board and the HEHA District Coordinator.
• Funding can be for anything that relates to nutrition.
• Approved initiatives include; edible gardens, health eating shows, healthy recipe books, improving the canteen.

The next round of funding closes 14th November 2008.
